An incoming tide is really interesting to watch - no two wave patterns are the same, and with many frames taken on this afternoon, no two are the same. The water blurs uniquely, and with the ever-changing light, the rocks kept dodging their prominence in the frame.
For one last frame, the sun peeked out, and lit the rocks up superbly. With the harsh light keeping a colour representation unmemorable, I thought I’d give a B&W conversion a try. I really enjoyed working with colour in a different way, and think the end result has matched what I had in mind.
